Students who have gained the right to register to our University with the 2024 YKS ( except for the Marine Engineering Department ) can apply via e-Government.
→ https://giris.turkiye.gov.tr/Giris/gir ← The registrations of students who log in with their TR ID Number and Password through the link will be made between 19-21 August 2024 , who prefer to come to our University in person will be made between 19-23 August 2024 at the faculties affiliated to the department they were accepted to .
Students who choose to come to our University in person and register must submit the documents specified in the " Documents Required for Registration " to the personnel in charge of registration at the faculty to which the department is affiliated. Registration will not be made with missing documents .
Students who register electronically to our University via e-Government do not need to come to the University on their registration dates to submit their documents. However, students who register via e-Government must submit the " Documents Required for Registration " to the department secretariat where they are registered by Friday, October 11, 2024 at the latest .
Those who have gained the right to register to our university's Faculty of Naval Architecture and Maritime Engineering, Department of Marine Engineering must submit the original copy of the Health Report stating that their health condition is suitable for seamanship, which is stated in the " Documents Required for Registration" and which bears the phrase "Seafarer Health Examination Certificate" to be obtained from the General Directorate of Border and Coastal Health (for detailed information, please visit http://www.hssgm.gov.tr ), to the relevant faculty registration officer during registration. Registration via e-Government is not accepted for this document. The original copy must be obtained a few days before registration and submitted to the registration officer to be placed in the student file. Registrations of those who have gained the right to register to the department will be held on 19-23 August 2024 at the Faculty of Naval Architecture and Maritime .
