Prof. Dr. Çağrı Erhan, who is a professor of Political History at the Faculty of Political Science, Ankara University, presented his reflections on the EU-Turkey relations and the current state of the Accession Negotiations, and explained the chapters opened in the Negotiation process and his predictions for the future course of the negotiations.
