At the beginning of each academic year, student representative candidates from each department are elected in a democratic process through a vote by the students of that department, in accordance with the academic calendar and procedures specified in the regulations. From among the students elected as department representatives, a faculty representative is selected through a subsequent election conducted under the guidance of the Dean’s Office.
