To create a Department of Political Science and International Relations that conducts research, applies knowledge, teaches, and shares findings at both the national and international levels, thereby establishing a center of scientific excellence on an international scale; to educate students who are qualified in their field, value democracy, who possess sensitivity, ideas, and a broad perspective regarding the issues facing the Turkish nation and the world.
