INTERNSHIP APPLICATION
Dear Students,
►To ensure your insurance is processed, all required documents must be submitted at least 10 days before the start of your internship.
→Students who have been registered with the Social Security Institution (SGK) can pick up their approved forms from our Department in exchange for a signature.
→Note: Approved forms for students who have completed their SGK registration will under no circumstances be sent via email. Please do not request them! (If you are out of town or unable to come in person, please email our department at sbublm@yildiz.edu.tr and provide the full name of the person who will pick up the documents on your behalf; they will then be delivered in person.)
→You can also view the employment start/end notification via e-Government.

➤Internship Calendar: 1 copy; the days of the internship must be marked individually, along with your first and last name and signature; the current calendar must be marked.
